🔁 Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable. We understand life happens, but due to the logistics and planning involved, no exceptions will be made.
Transfers (to another athlete) are allowed until July 15, 2025. Please email kaylie@crossfit-inlandvalley.com to process a substitution.
👥 Substitutes & Athlete Changes
Substitutes must match the originally registered division (RX or Scaled).
You may update athlete info up to July 15.
Substitutions after this date will not be accepted.
Athletes must be at least 18 years old to compete.
📖 Workout Release Dates
We’ll release all event workouts via Instagram and email:
Event 1: Released June 6th
Event 2: Released June 13th
Event 3: Released June 19th
Final Workout: Released on June 26th
🏆 Scoring + Qualifying Rules
Each athlete completes all events.
Tiebreakers will be used if necessary based on pre-designated metrics in each workout.
Judging: All events will be judged for movement standards. Any movement not meeting the standard will result in a no rep.
Final rankings are determined by cumulative points across all scored workouts.

Q: What if I’m new to competing?
A: Then you're exactly who this was made for. “The Grind” is about pushing yourself, not perfection.
Q: Can I scale mid-event?
A: No. Once you’re registered in a division, all movements and weights must be performed as listed.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Everything you'd wear for a brutal training day—plus a towel, hydration, and your mindset. We’ll provide the rest.
Q: Will there be vendors or food?
A: Yes! We’ll have vendors on-site with gear, snacks, and drinks. Come ready to hang out post-WOD.
Q: Can my friends or family watch?
A: Absolutely. Spectators are free and encouraged.
