"OC24" 💀 Fall Classic
About This Competition
The OC24 Fall Classic is a single-day In-House comp featuring 2 same-sex athlete (M/M | F/F) teams.
Divisions will feature Rx and Scaled Divisions ⚔️
The competition will feature 3 events (Event 1A & 1B will be scored separately)
There is ample parking in the adjacent lot as well as a local coffee shop neighboring the building ☕️
Tee shirt sizes must be annotated during event sign-up to ensure we can supply you with an event tee
Substitutes are authorized leading up to the registration closing date. Tee Shirt sizes may be affected by late changes

Split reps except for synchro burpees
10:00 AMRAP (Total Reps | 25 ft of Lunges = 1 rep)

6 Single Arm DB Jerks
25ft Overhead Walking Lunges

Rx 70/40 lbs | 20/14 lbs
Scaled 50/30 lbs | 20/14 lbs
25 ft of Lunges = 1 rep
Athletes can switch during lunges if necessary, but the dumbbell cannot advance until the athlete gets it to a locked position overhead
On a 6:00 running clock:
Athlete 1 | 1RM Shoulder to Overhead | S2O
Athlete 2 | 1RM Overhead Squat | OHS
The score is the combined weight of both lifters
*Athletes will each have a barbell and will lift them simultaneously
**Athletes can get the barbell to the starting position however they prefer
ie. You are not restricted by your snatch for the OHS
***Barbells must be empty at the start of the 6:00
After the 6:00 clock expires from the 1RM attempt
60 seconds of rest will begin on the clock
After the 60 seconds expires
Athletes will split a combined Men - 500m | Women 450m on the AirRunner
Only one athlete can be working on the runner at a time
Athletes can break up the work however they like
The time cap for the 500/450 m will be 3:00
