Junior Jam is Atlanta's ultimate youth fitness challenge. 2025 will showcase 6-11 year olds.
9:00-9:30 am - Athlete Check-in
9:30 am - Athlete Introduction
10:00-11:25 am - Event 1 [Goblets of Fire]
11:45-12:40 pm - Event 2 [Snatch Me If You Can]
1:00-1:55 pm - Event 3 [Scrambled Legs]
10:00-1:00 pm - Floater [Let Me Cook]
2:15 pm - Awards

6-7 (10 lb SB / 5 lb DB)
8-9 (20 lb SB / 10 lb DB)
10-11 (30 lb SB/ 15 lb DB)
Jumping Pull-ups are available for athletes who are currently unable to do pull-ups.
Lighter/No dumbbell will be available for athletes where the loading is not appropriate.

Likewise, an athlete who modifies 2 movements will score below anyone who modifies 1.

Burpee Box Step Overs will be available for those who are currenlty unable to jump to 16."
Lighter Sled will be available for those who are currently unable to push their listed weight.
