Pour cette cinquième année on vous prévoit des wod inoubliables et une ambiance de dingue.
Fidèles à nous même on se concentre sur les athlètes : pas de paillettes, pas de blabla que du CrossFit comme on l'aime.
Que vous soyez scaled ou rx, préparez vos teams de 3 et inscrivez vous dès maintenant.
D'ailleurs les intermédiaires allez voir les prérequis : je suis sur que ca peut passer en rx. En tout cas c'est l'occasion ou jamais !
On vous attend à Evreux le 22 Juin pour tester tous ensemble notre niveau de fitness.
