About This Competition
We are bringing back our yearly throwdowns! Welcome to all with no fee so bring your friends!
Tuesday, October 19th at 5pm to 8pm
There will be 3 divisions: Rx, Scaled, Intermediate
Each division will have a prize for the top 3
Qualifications for Rx: Bar muscle up
Qualificaitons for Intermediate: Pull ups, handstand push ups
Scaled is open to all levels!
