Spring Lift Off
About This Competition
Individual competition! You will find a 1rm Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Back Squat, Bench and Deadlift for a super total! The lifts will be completed in that order with rest and warmup time in between.
You will have 5 minutes to complete your max lift for each lift. This will give you time to complete multiple attempts. There will be a warmup station for you to do additional warmup lifts.
There will be weigh ins day of! If you are not the weight class you choose, you will be moved to that category!
