About This Competition
UNITY GAMES — YEAR 6

How can one competition do all of this?
- Be accessible enough that even members of our Parkinson’s and Wellness classes can participate.
- Allow athletes to complete as many—or as few—events as they want.
- Let you complete workouts in ANY order.
- Help you identify exactly what area of fitness you need to improve.
- Bring our community together for one of the most fun days of the year at CRCF.
Welcome to the UNITY GAMES — YEAR 6.
This isn’t your normal fitness competition.
This is a competition built for EVERYONE.
Whether you’re highly competitive, brand new to CrossFit, nervous to sign up, or simply want to challenge yourself in a supportive environment…
There’s a place for you here.
EVENT 1: “CHAD”
FOR TIME
Choose your challenge:
- 250 Box Step-Ups
- 500 Box Step-Ups
- 750 Box Step-Ups
- 1,000 Box Step-Ups
This is our biggest community event of the day.
Our goal?
Get as many CRCF members, family, friends, and community members involved as possible.
Do one version.
Do the full version.
Cheer others on.
Whatever level you’re at—you belong here.
EVENT 2: “STRONG”
Three 1-minute tests of grit:
AMRAP 1 MINUTE
Sled Push
REST 4 MINUTES
AMRAP 1 MINUTE
Sandbag / D-Ball to Platform
REST 4 MINUTES
AMRAP 1 MINUTE
Farmer Carry
Simple.
Hard.
Fun.
And scalable for every level.
EVENT 3: “METABOLIC”
FOR TIME
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4
Shuttle Sprints
3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Burpee Box Jump or Step Overs
Fast.
Spicy.
And a great test of overall fitness.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THE ENTIRE COMPETITION.

For six years, the Unity Games have brought our community together through fitness, challenge, and shared struggle.
We’ve watched people:
