WHAT IS THE STRANGER TEAMS THROWDOWN?
It's a Halloween Fitness Celebration. Co-Ed Teams of 2! Find your freakiest most fit friend you can, Get your costume and Put your strangest team together and come compete with Southern Utah's Fittest.
DIVISIONS
- RX Co-Ed Team - Handstand walks - HSPU - Ring or Bar Muscle ups, Heavy barbell, Doubles, Cleans, Jerks, Back Squats
- INTER Co-Ed Team - Moderate Barbell Weight, C2B Pull Ups (At Least One Partner) - Double Unders (At least one partner) Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, Wall Balls,
