WELCOME TO CROSSFIT ZION’S STRANGER TEAMS SEASON 2 - HALLOWEEN THROWDOWN.

Anyone that wants to throwdown Crossfit Style to a Halloween Celebration. 

WHAT IS THE STRANGER TEAMS THROWDOWN?

It's a Halloween Fitness Celebration.  Co-Ed Teams of 2! Find your freakiest most fit friend you can, Get your costume and Put your strangest team together and come compete with Southern Utah's Fittest. 

DIVISIONS  

  • RX Co-Ed Team - Handstand walks - HSPU - Ring or Bar Muscle ups, Heavy barbell, Doubles, Cleans, Jerks, Back Squats
  • INTER Co-Ed Team - Moderate Barbell Weight, C2B Pull Ups (At Least One Partner) - Double Unders (At least one partner) Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, Wall Balls,

*One Team Member Can Do All Movements

Split the snatches up equally.  Share work load on bear crawls

8 MIN AMRAP

    5 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups*

    10 Hang Power Snatches

    12' Handstand Push Ups

Workout Details and Specifications:

Weight Loading 65/95

*One Team Member Can Do All Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

HSPU 1 Minimum workload per team member

Split the snatches up equally.  One partner may do all the Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups.  On the handstand walks, min requirement is 5'.

    5 Ring Muscle Ups*

    10 Hang Power Snatches

    25' Handstand Walk

Workout Details and Specifications:

Weight Loading 95/135

*One Team Member Can Do All Ring Muscle Ups

**5'=1 Rep. Minimum workload per team member

Split the snatches up equally.  One partner may do all the Ring Muscle Ups.  On the handstand walks, min requirement is 5'.

Bar Must Not Rest On The Ground
