About This Competition
Your functional fitness competition will feature three main workouts and a Top 5 Final. It's designed for intermediate athletes with fun, challenging workouts and scaling options to ensure everyone can participate.
Competition Format:
- Three Main Workouts: These will test a range of fitness skills, including strength, endurance, and skill. Scaling options are available for athletes to adjust based on ability.
- Top 5 Final: After the three workouts, the top five teams move to the final. All previous scores are reset, giving everyone an equal chance to win.
- Scoring: Athletes accumulate points based on their performance in each workout. In the final, they start from zero, with the last workout determining the overall winner.
This format makes it competitive but fun, with scaling options making it accessible to all intermediate-level athletes.
