About This Competition

UNKNOWN 1.0 is an online competition with 4 workouts over the duration of 4 weeks, all programmed by CrossFit Games Athlete Royce Dunne. 


There are weekly prize giveaways including a Rogue Echo Bike in week 4, as well as cash prizes for the first place finishers in each division.


RX Male: AU$500

RX Female: AU$500

Scaled Male: AU$250

Scaled Female: AU$250

 

VIDEO SUBMISSIONS

In order to be eligible to win the cash prize at the end of the competition, you will be required to provide a video link of your workouts for proof of performance when submitting your score each week. 

You will be required to:

- state your Full Name, Division and Affiliate

- All equipment and weights must be shown at the start OR end of the workout

- A timer/clock must be in sight at all times

- All movements whilst completing the workout must stay within the frame of the video


In order to be eligible for our weekly prize giveaways, including your chance to win a Rogue Echo Bike, all you have to do is register for UNKNOWN 1.0 and provide your instagram handle upon registration and you will automatically be placed into the draw.

All prize winners will be announced on the UNKNOWN Fitness Instagram page @unknownfitnessco

 

WORKOUT DETAILS

Workouts will be announced on Friday evenings at 7pm (AEST), and athletes will have until the following Wednesday evening at 7pm (AEST) to submit their scores and videos.

Athletes will have until 7pm (AEST) on Wednesday 6th July to change divisions if required.
