The VAULT GAMES is a functional fitness comp with workouts programmed at Everyday athlete standards. So whether you are completely new to functional fitness, enjoy that event day buzz or simply looking for a new challenge... grab your gym buddies and join us for the VAULT GAMES.

11-12min Athlete 1 Max Thrusters 2x12kg/2x16kg
12-13min Athlete 2 Max Thrusters 2x12kg/2x16kg
13-14min Athlete 3 Max Thrusters 2x12kg/2x16kg
14-15min Athlete 4 Max Thrusters 2x12kg/2x16kg

3 x 4’min Working Windows
- 8/10/12 x Synchro DB Deadlifts, R.Lunges & Push press
- 5 x Team Synchro CTF Burpee jump overs
- RT of the 4’Mins = MAX DISTANCE (Meters)
Round 1:
0-4mins
- Athletes 1 & 2 complete 8 reps of all 3 movements above, followed by Athletes 3 & 4
- As a Team 5 x Synchro CTF Burpee jumps overs
- As a Team Remaining time of the 4mins MAX Distance over both ergs.
[4-5min REST/RESET]
Round 2:
5-9mins
- Athletes MUST change pairing and then complete 10 reps of all 3 movements above
- As a Team 5 x Synchro CTF Burpee jumps overs
- As a Team Remaining time of the 4mins MAX Distance over both ergs.
[9-10mins REST/RESET]
Round 3:
10-14mins
- Athletes again MUST change to original pairing and then complete 12 reps of all 3 movements above
- As a Team 5 x Synchro CTF Burpee jumps overs
- As a Team Remaining time of the 4mins MAX Distance over both ergs.
SCORE = Distance over both Ergs over all 3 Rounds

15’min Working Window
Part 1 - As a team In Synchro format:
3 x Walkout CTF
4 x Butterfly sit up
5 x Hand release press ups
Part 2 - in M/F Pairing
10 x Box step over
10 x Dball clean to shoulder
16 x Squats
- Once the first M/F Athletes have completed Part 2 you will always return to the base line to complete Part 1
- All of Part 1 will be completed in a shoulder to shoulder line with feet touching the baseline for the walkouts and press up
- After Part 2 is completed the Deal Must be put down behind the baseline
Score = Reps
Example:
Completing Part 1 = 12 points
Completing Part 2 = 36 points
if you completed 5 of the box step overs as the buzzer went, those 5 reps will count to the total - every rep counts within the 15'mins

15’min Working Window
- 4 x Individual shuttle Runs
- 30 x Squats + 1000m Bike Erg
- 4 x team Shuttle runs w/Dball
- MAX CALS on Bike Erg to Score
Part 1
4 individual shuttle runs can be split in any order. No cap on how many an athlete completes with the team
Part 2
30 Air squats shared in YGIG format
1000m Bike erg shared in YGIG format
Part 3
4 Team shuttle runs with Dball - can be passed between athletes
Part 4
Start scoring - Max Calories on Bike erg
Athlete must complete 1 shuttle run after every bike erg effort
Dball MUST remain off the floor until the end of time cap (5 calorie deduction if the ball hits the floor)
SCORE = Max Calories
WEIGHT: 30kg Dball
Shuttle run distance: 35m (There and back = 1 shuttle)
