Workouts
TEAM PEYTON (RX TEAMS)
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
10 Chest to Bar Pullups (Split any way)
10 Dumbbell Thrusters (Split any way, 50s/35s)
*Both Teammates stop and perform 40 Double Unders every two minutes, including at 0:00.
Then, at the 20 minute mark, begin a 2 mile run together.
Scores will be the total number of repetitions completed in the AMRAP (excluding the DU reps), and the time for both teammates to complete the run together.
TEAM PEYTON (SCALED TEAMS)
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
10 Pullups (Split any way, may be assisted with box/bands)
10 Dumbbell Thrusters (Split any way, 30s/20s)
*Both Teammates stop and perform 80 Single Unders every two minutes, including at 0:00.
Then, at the 20 minute mark, begin a 2000 meter run together.
Scores will be the total number of repetitions completed in the AMRAP (excluding the single under reps), and the time for both teammates to complete the run together.
Immediately at the end of the 20 minute AMRAP, RX teams begin a 2 mile run together, Scaled teams begin a 2000 meter run together.
