RX Divion

Every 2:00 x 9 sets (3 each)

For time

18 handstand push ups

15 box clears 24/20"

12 thrusters 95/65

*score is total time of all 3 athletes times. If you do not finish in the 2:00, Your score is 2:00 + 3 sec per rep NOT completed.

At 20:00 Athletes will have 3:00 each to find a 1 rep max clean and jerk

A-1 (20:00-23:00)

A-2  (23:00-26:00)

A-3 (26:00-29:00)

At 3-2-1 go A-1 will go to the wall and complete 18 hspu, these may be strict or kipping. Full lockout with arms at the top of each rep must be achieved before returning to the floor for your next rep. Once 18 hspu are complete, A-1 will move to the box and complete 15 box clears. Athletes must touch the floor to start the reps as well as touching the floor on each side after the box clears. When 15 box clears are complete, A-1 will then move to the barbell and complete 12 thrusters. You may do a squat clean for your first thruster. Each rep must have full squat depth and full lockout of your knees, hips and elbows at the top of your rep for it to count. If the round is complete under the 2:00, there will just be additional rest. A-2 may not start until the 2:00 cap is hit. Follow this pattern until all 3 athletes have done 3 rds each. At the 18:00 mark there will a 2:00 rest until 20:00. At 20:00 A-1 will start their lift. During the 2:00 rest is your chance to get the opening weight for athlete 1 on the bar. Then athlete 2 will lift from 23:00-26:00, and athlete 3 from 26:00-29:00. Score is total weight lifted of all 3 athletes combined.

The sync for the bfb is when both athletes chest are on the floor at the same time, if one person gets up before the other athlete makes contact withe floor, it will result in a no rep. When 15 sync bfb has been reached, one athlete will move to the pull up bar and start chipping away at 30/24 bmu, athletes may switch out at any time but there must be a tag at the barbell. When 30/24 bmu are finished, 2 athletes will move to the bar for 15 more sync bfb, tagging out at any time on the start mat. After 15 sync bfb, one athlete at a time will move to the barbell and start working on 60 snatches. These snatches can be a power snatch or a squat snatch, either way, the rep is credited when the athlete moves the barbell from the ground to overhead in one movement, a clean and jerk is not permitted. Arms, knees, and hips must be at full extension for the rep to count. When 60 snatches are completed, 2 athletes will start on 15 more sync bfb tagging out on the start mat. When the set of 15 sync bfb are completed, one athlete sill start on 90 c2b pull ups. The rep will be credited when the athlete starts at full extension with arms fully extended and the chest makes contact with the pull up bar, if the chest does not make contact with the bar, that will be a no rep. Athletes may switch out at anytime with a tag at the barbell. Then one last set of 15 sync bfb, switching out with a tag on the start mat.
