Join us for a men's-only fitness showdown on May 10th, where grit meets glory. Remember the days when you could crush a sprint, push your limits on the bench, and finish that mile like it was nothing? Well, we’re bringing it all back for one day, three events, and a chance to prove you’ve still got what it takes.
The Events:

A - Mile Run
B -100 Yd Sled Sprint
Athletes will complete the sled sprint 5:00 after completion of mile
