Workouts
For TIme:
• 3200m Bike Erg + 800m Row Erg
• athletes may share the work however they choose
• the rower will not be unlocked for use until the athletes have completes 1600m on the bike
score: time taken to complete the prescribed distance on both machines
For Weight:
• 5RM Dbl DB Bench Press
• athletes have 12 minutes to set a 5RM bench press
• athletes may make as many attempts as they choose
score: sum of both athletes' 5RMs
AMRAP9
3-6-9-12-15...
• Dbl KB Deadlift (2x 24kg)
• Ski Erg Calories
• reps will escalate in 3's for both movements
• athletes may share the work however they choose, with only one athlete working at a time
score: total reps completed in 9 minutes
For Time:
• 1mile Ruck (5kg) - as a pair
• athletes will set off together on the 1mile outdoor course
• there is no requirement for them to stay together
score: time taken for the second athlete to complete the mile
For Time:
• 50 Sandbag Clean (30kg)
• 30cal Echo Bike
• 50 Sandbag Squat (30kg)
• athletes may share the work however they choose, with only one athlete working at a time
score: time taken to complete the prescribed work
For Time:
• 2x 50' Seated Sled Pull (sled + 30kg)
• one at a time each athlete will pull the sled 50'
• the second athlete may begin their pull once the 50' mark is crossed
• athletes must remain seated throughout their pull with legs bent or straight
• they may not push their feet against anything for leverage
score: time taken to complete both pulls
