About This Competition
To ensure The Marquise Mums Club runs smoothly we have capped our registrations at 50 pairs.
Please note: Only 1 person needs to register on behalf of the pair.
We do not offer refunds BUT we will allow participant substitutions up until 48 hours before the evnt begins.
Workout will be released ahead of time and there will be a full movement brief before we begin the day

Workouts
Complete:
30 Burpee- Sandbag over the bar reps
*Competitors will alternate rep for rep until they achieve 30 total reps as a pair
In a 1 minute time block:
Partner 1 will complete 8 Cal Echo bike and as many Deadlifts as possible.
In the next minute block:
Partner 2 will complete 8 Cal Echo bike and as many Deadlifts as possible.
This continues for 8 total minutes (4 rotations each) OR until 50 deadlifts is achieved.
The objective is to complete:
As many complexes as possible of:
1 Devils Press (2xDB)
1 DB Thruster (2x DB)
1 complex = 1 rep
Flow:
Athlete 1 completes 5 shuttle runs while Athlete 2 completes As many complexes as possible.
When 5 shuttle runs are complete, the athletes swap.
Athlete 2 completes 5 shuttle runs, athlete 1 completes complexes.
The shuttle run completion determines when the athletes swap movements
This is a Team variation of a Crossfit classic- Fight Gone Bad.
In this variation the team is required to synchronise all reps (except Rowing Cals) for reps to count. This will be detailed in the athlete brief.
Athletes will complete 2 Rounds:
1 min max Wall Balls
1 min max SDLHP- BB
1 min max reps Box Jumps
1 min max reps Push Press
1 min max Cals Row (synchronisation NOT required, Cals will be totalled)
~REST 1 min between rounds~
