2021 Never Forgotten Games
About This Competition
The Never Forgotten Games is a functional fitness event held in Northern California, hosted by the Redding Peace Officers’ Association, a 501(c) non-profit organization. Teams of 4 compete in five hero WODs designed in the names of five first responders who’ve died in the line of duty.
The families and agencies associated with the fallen first responders are invited to the event and get to experience first hand, the level of support our community can provide.
Divisions: Four person teams. RX (all male, all female, coed) 50 teams, Masters (40+ coed) 10 teams, Elite (coed) 10 teams.
Structure: 3 scheduled main events, 2 floaters, and one finale winner take all event for Elite division.
This year we have partnered Born Primitive fitness apparel, Compete Force, Point One Vision, Reign Body Fuel and a number of other National and local level sponsors.
The event will be held on August 28th, 2021 at the Shasta District Fair and Event Center. Workouts will be released one at a time; starting one month before the event.
***We're excited that you're going to compete at our competition! Please note that all sales are final (no refunds), but you can transfer your ticket to another athlete in the event that you are unable to compete for an unexpected reason.***
The Never Forgotten Games is ran entirely by donated time and money. The proceeds raised by the event are donated to the Northern California Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors, 555 Firefighter Fitness, and several local youth programs.

Second Teammate starts when first teammate finishes chest to bar pull ups etc. Teammates may not work on same movement at same time or overlap each other. Time stops when final teammate crosses finish line. When clock hits 15 minutes, begin Part 2.
10 Minutes to establish a 1 rep max of Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
Each team will pick one male and one female to complete the snatch, and the other male and female will complete the Clean and Jerk.
Score is cumulative weight.

(Load the worms into the Bearcat)
100' Lenco Bearcat Armored Vehicle Pull
25 Calorie Assault Bike (per person)
Two teammates per worm. Both worms must be synchronized at the top of the deadlift. Upon completing deadlifts, the team will load the worms into the back of the Bearcat then run to the front of the Bearcat.
All teammates will dawn a strap and pull the Bearcat to the limit line. After the front wheels of the Bearcat cross the limit line, all four teammates will mount an Assault Bike and bike 25 calories each. Time stops when the last teammate finishes 25 calories and crosses the finish line.

- Using a Four Person Worm
25 Clean and Jerks
25 Synchronized over the Worm Burpees
50 Worm Squats
Worm Weight 300lbs
Clean and Jerks must alternate sides.
Burpees are synchronized at the bottom of the burpee. All teammates must have their chest on the ground before teammates can stand up.
Every 10 worm squats, team will move the worm forward to next workout zone.
Time stops after the final rep is complete and all teammates cross the finish line.
Scale: 50lb sandbags will be used to complete the workout. All movements synchronized. Clean and Jerks are replaced with Sandbag to the shoulder cleans.

- Using a Four Person Worm
25 Worm Clean and Jerks
25 Synchronized over the Worm Burpees
50 Worm Thrusters
