Train is hosting our 2nd Annual Valentine's Day Cupid’s Clash Competition on Saturday, February 8th! 💘 This is a 2 person Co-Ed Team competition! 👫 Grab your gym boo 😘 and let's have fun testing your fitness across 3 partner workouts and a floater! You don't want to miss it!
The Nitty Gritty:
Who: CrossFit Train Denver- 2031 Bryant Street Denver, CO 80211
What: 2 person teams with 3 workouts + a floater
When: Saturday, February 8th - 8am-3pm
Divisions: Co-Ed RX & Scaled divisions
Price: $180 per team. Includes T-shirt or tank top + Athlete Swag Bags + Event Photos!
Registration is open Monday, December 9th - Friday, January 24th!
The Fine Print:
- T-shirt deadline is January 18th. If you register after this date we cannot guarantee you will receive a t-shirt.
- If we do not have a minimum of 15 teams registered by January 5th the competition will be cancelled and all registered teams will receive a refund.
- Substitutes may be utilized in the event an individual cannot compete. Refunds will not be available for this event unless it is cancelled.

4 Rounds for Time:
20 x Synchro Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)(75/45)
100 x Double Unders (150 x Single Unders)
Score = time
Partners split the jump rope however they want
On a 6:00 clock accumulate as many points as possible:
Pull Up (Ring Row)= 3 points
Chest to Bar (Pull Up)= 6 points
Bar Muscle Up (Chest to Bar) = 9 points
Score = total points
Each partner gets 3:00 to work. One partner works at a time.
EMOM 10
1- Build to a heavy Front Squat Single
2- Max DB Snatches (50/35)(35/20)
Partners start on opposite stations.
Partner share a barbell.
Score= heaviest successful front squat from each partner combined + 1# per DB Snatch completed
