CrossFit Refuel Presents 580 Meltdown
About This Competition
This competition is programmed for BEGINNERS.
Whether you just started CrossFit or have only been doing it for a couple years
Beginners and Intermediate Division
Teams of 2 Female/Female and Male/Male. No coed teams. Must be 18 years and older
No Refunds but we do accept substitutions as long as they meet qualifications
Movement Standards:
Beginner Division - Barbell Movements 45/55, WallBall 10/14, Kettlebell 25/35, Rowing, Knee Raises, and Ring Rows.
Intermediate Division - Barbell Movements 55/75, WallBall 14/20, Kettlebell 35/55, Rowing, Toes To Bar, and Pull-Ups.
Both Divisions - Be prepared to do a Max Barbell Complex !
Workouts will be announced on our Facebook Page by July 5th
