About This Competition
Our first in house individual CrossFit competition! There will be 4 divisions:
1. The Proteges: This division will be closer to the level 1 workouts. Might be a little more challenging, but they will be doable!
2. Masters Division: Age 40+ will qualify. This will be similar to intermediate but less on the weights.
3. Intermediate Division: This division will be closer to level 2 and level 2 RX+ weights and skills, and a bit into level 3 intensity. Is it going to be challenging?... Absolutely. This is a competition; it is supposed to be.
4. Competitive Division. This division will be closer to Level 3+ some. Expect this to be intense. Expect this to be heavy. Expect this to hurt. #RiseToTheChallenge
The entry fee is $78 (This includes the fee's associated with the website). This will come with a shirt, podium medals, prizes for podium. The rest of the profit will go towards future equipment for the gym.
Workouts will start coming out 1 month prior to the competition.
Heat times will come out 1-2 weeks prior to the competition.
