About This Competition
Precision Games is a functional fitness competition, where teams of four compete against each other across a wide range of workouts. All exercises are functional and fun, testing the athletes physically and mentally.
The competition will take place during the holy month of Ramadan. Teams will battle it out through the night, with the event commencing after the break of fast.
No muscle ups or snatches here: functional movements, accessible for a wide range of abilities.
Prizes provided by our sponsors AMAZONE, OTE NUTRITION, RADISSON RED and ASPIRE GYMNASTICS.
Attire provided by OG Classics. All athletes get a high performance t-shirt.
Event location hosted at Max and Aegle.
The EVERYDAY comp and ELITE comp will both be on Friday the 15th of April. Comps will be scored separately.
Workouts
Live leaderboard will be in place throughout the comp. Workouts will be released weekly as the event gets closer, but as a rough guide the below workouts are included for your reference.

Workouts
Description
Workout 1 (part 1)
Each team will have 8 minutes to build to a heavy complex of
1 x Clean
1 x Hang Clean
1 x Front Squat
Any variation of the clean, power or squat, will be acceptable
The score will be the total combined weight lifted for the team
Teams will have a 2-minute break for plate changeover

After the 2 minute plate change over following part 1;
Each team will have 6 minutes to accumulate max synchronized hang cleans.
One male and one female partner will be lifting simultaneously, switching between the other team members whenever you wish.

Workout 3
9 minute time cap for;
Max cals assault bike
160 Partner Wall Balls
80 Sync Burpees
In pairs of m/m and f/f, one pair start accumulating reps sharing one wall ball and one target, in the partner wall ball format, and two athletes will be building calories on the assault bike in the U go I go format.
Teams can switch when they want.
After all wall balls have been done, two athletes then move to the synchro burpees, while assault bike calories are still being burned!
Score = Cals accumulated - reps not completed (in 9 minutes)

Max cals assault bike
150 Partner Wall Balls
50 Sync Burpees
In pairs of m/m and f/f, one pair start accumulating reps sharing one wall ball and one target, in the partner wall ball format, and two athletes will be building calories on the assault bike in the U go I go format.
Teams can switch when they want.
After all wall balls have been done, two athletes then move to the synchro burpees, while assault bike calories are still being burned!

This is a sprint WOD of a 2km Row and a 2km Ski for time. There will be two team members working at the same time, while two team members are resting. Team members can switch whenever they like. Transitions are the key.
Machine computers will be set, the fastest team to complete the 4k total wins.

Once the run team returns, and the strength team finishes, they will switch positions and complete the run and strength again.
Once both pairs have finished, the whole team of 4 will complete
· 50 x Synchro Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Everyday RX weights @ 2 x 17.5 / 10 kg
