*Interval 1 is 4 minutes followed by 1 minute of rest. Interval 2 is 3 minutes followed by 1 minute of rest. Interval 3 is 2 minutes.

Starting in Lane 1, the athlete in that lane will have 20s to Snatch (Power or Squat).

After 20s, the spotlight is moved to lane 2 and the second athlete will Snatch, etc etc etc until Lane 8 is complete. This pattern will continue until each athlete gets 3 x 20s attempts.

If an athlete misses, they CAN reattempt the lift as long as the bar is off the floor prior to time expiring.

Athletes may begin preparing their bar and begin warming up for their Clean & Jerk attempts AS SOON AS their third snatch attempt is completed

There will be a 2:00 break after the Snatch so athletes can warm-up their Clean & Jerk.

Athletes will then have 3 x 20s Clean & Jerk attempts to be completed in the same manner as the Snatches.

Score is combined total weight of the athletes best successful Snatch plus their best successful Clean & Jerk.
