Welcome to The Predator Series Mixed Fours - 2025
Structure - 3 WODs for all teams, team with least points over 3 WODs wins
NO QUALIFIERS
The comp days run on time, with high judging standards
Vendors: Usually clothing and supplements who also provide prizes.
Movement Standards:
Scaled Category - This category is suitable for athletes of any ability as the weights are lighter and the movements are easier. We often give further scaled alternatives to some of the movements that may still be too difficult.
Rx’d Category - Very similar to Rx’d CrossFit Open standards. A good range of CrossFit skills and strength are needed for this category. If you normally do CrossFit benchmark workouts Rx’d this category is for you.

Workouts
On a 17 min running clock complete the following 2 parts:
Part 1 - Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Synchronised shoulder to overhead (1 Male/1 Female working) 42.5/30kg
10 Synchronised burpee box jumps/step ups (1 Male/1 Female working) 24/20”
20 Pull ups / Assisted pull ups
Rest 1 min
Part 2
Teams have 6 minutes for each member to establish a 5 rep max shoulder to overhead
Complete as many reps as possible in 1:30 on each of the following with a 0:30 transition between each station:
Atlas stone to shoulder 35/20kg (M/F Sync)
Worm reverse lunges 80kg (All working)
Log hang to shoulder 32.5/22.5kg (M/F Sync)
Bench presses 42.5/30kg (M/F Sync)
Dumbbell farmers walk 22.5/15kg (M/F Sync)
Complete the following for time:
400m Sled pull (M/F) 50kg
10 Toes to chest height
40 Sync backward stepping dumbbell lunges 17.5/15/10/5kg (4 working)
10 Toes to chest height
40 Sync sit ups (3 working) while one athlete single unders
10 Toes to chest height
40 Sync DB thrusters (3 working)
10 Toes to chest height
40 Sync devils press (3 working)
10 Toes to chest height
1 Box step up - all 4 members on the boxes
