Total Terror III
About This Competition
In this competition you will compete for CASH PRIZES by securing a Weightlifting Total through three lifts inside a 20 Minute time window.
You can choose
"The CrossFit Total."
1 Rep Max: Backsquat, Strict Press, & Deadlift.
Or you can choose something a little more skill-based called:
"The Other Total."
1 Rep Max: Clean, Bench Press, & Overhead Squat.
Cash Prizes will be announced at our T-Shirt deadline of October 1st. As a general rule, the more competitors sign up, the larger the winnings pool will grow. Get your friends to throw down with you to ante up the winnings!
Lifters will compete against each other by Wilks Coefficient adjustments. The best pound for pound lifter wins. An ample warm up area will be provided outside of the Competition Area.
This will be a charity based event in which we'll be asking for donations, big or small, at the door as you check in. This year we'll be benefitting The IronHeart Project.
The IronHeart Project is a fully registered Non-Profit (501c) who's purpose to provide our United States Veterans with resources and help those in need utilize fitness and exercise as a form of therapy. From raising funds for outside veteran non-profit organizations, creating opportunities and activities for our Veterans, and hosting events within the fitness world to help raise awareness to our cause, everything The Ironheart Project does is to serve those who have sacrifced for our freedom and our ability to sleep under the comfort they have provided.
This is the true purpose for each annual Total Terror event. To come together as a fitness community and project our might and and collective ability to help others.
This event is also our yearly Halloween Party so come in costume and ready to have a good time regardless if you're competing or not! Food and drinks will be available on site!

Overhead Squat
Once you move on from a lift and on to the next, you can not go back.
