3-4 FUN TESTING WORKOUTS AIMED AT THE SCALED COMMUNITY. WORK AS A PAIR TO GET THROUGH THESE WORKOUTS. OUR WORKOUTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DESIGNED TO BE TESTING SO JUST BECAUSE ITS SCALED DONT EXPECT EASY.
A GREAT ICE BREAKER, 1ST TIME COMP NOTHING TO BE SCARED OF. HOSTED IN OUR GYM. JUDGED BY OUR LITTLE TEAM WE ALWAYS HAVE FUN ON OUR COMP DAYS.

JUMPING PULL UP VARIATIONS, LOW SKILL GYMNASTICS. WORKOUT FORMATS WILL ALLOW FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AS A PAIR SO DONT PANIC. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO HAVE MOVEMENTS WHICH STOP YOU IN YOUR TRACKS.
