About This Competition

Funktionel Fitness afholdes som Forsvarets Mesterskab for første gang i 2026. Funktion Fitness er en nyere disciplin på verdensplan og udfordrer grundlæggende soldatermæssige færdigheder som udholdenhed, styrke, kropsvægt, teknik og power. Disciplinerne og øvelserne vil tage udgangspunkt i konceptet for Militær Fysisk Træning.

Forsvarets Mesterskab i Funktionel Fitness vil også fungere som udtagelsesstævne for Forsvarets deltagelse i CISM Military Challenge i Funktionel Fitness der afholdes d. 28. juni-03. juli 2026 i Holland.


Som udgangspunkt udtages følgende i alt 6 deltagere:
• 2 herrer (1. og 2. plads)
• 2 kvinder (1. og 2. plads)
• 1 hold (HHKK) (3. og 4. plads herrer og kvinder)
• 1 herre M35+ (1. plads)
• 1 kvinde M35+ (1. plads)


Såfremt de udpegede atleter ikke har mulighed for deltagelse ved CISM Military Challenge i Funktionel Fitness vil der ”fyldes op” fra resultatlisten, med prioritet efter højeste placering.
