Le French Throwdown est de retour !


Inscrivez-vous pour les qualifications dès le 1er Janvier 2024 et gagnez votre place pour la finale le 17/18/19 Mai 2024 à la LDLC Arena de Lyon-Décine.

Le FTD est depuis plusieurs année un événement caritatif dont les profits seront, cette année encore, reversés entièrement à l'association Aladin qui réalise le rêve d'enfants malades.
Aidez-nous à réaliser les rêves en participant au FTD.

Sur cette page, vous trouverez les inscriptions pour l'ensemble des catégories RX à Scaled, individuelles et équipes, ainsi que groupe d'âge. Si vous souhaitez tentez votre chance pour la demi finale des CrossFit Games, alors vous devrez prendre par à l'Open organisé par CrossFit sur games.crossfit.com


QUALIFICATIONS INDIVIDUELLES :
Les 3 épreuves seront annoncées le 22 mars 2024 au cours de la journée. Les scores des 3 workouts doivent être soumis avant le jeudi 28 mars, 20h (CET).

QUALIFICATIONS ÉQUIPES :
Les épreuves seront annoncées le 09 Avril 2024 au cours de la journée et seront à partager entre membres d’équipe. Les scores doivent être soumis avant le 15 Avril 20h. Il y aura 4 workouts à partager entre les membres de l'équipe.

2024 Announcement :
The French Throwdown is back !


Register for the qualifications starting on January 1, 2024, and secure your spot for the final on May 17/18/19, 2024, at the LDLC Arena in Lyon-Décines.

FTD is now a charity event, and the proceeds from 2024 will be entirely donated to the Aladin association, which fulfills the dreams of sick children. Help us make dreams come true by participating in FTD.

On this page, you can register for our community event (RX to Scaled Team and Indiv categories). If you are looking to qualify for our semifinal event, you will need to sign up to the CrossFit Games Open on games.crossfit.com


INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The 3 events will be announced on March 22, 2024, during the day. The scores for all 3 workouts must be submitted by Thursday, March 28, 8 p.m (CET).


TEAM QUALIFICATIONS:
The events will be announced on April 9 throughout the day and must be shared among team members. Scores must be submitted before April 15, 8 p.m.
There will be 4 workouts to share between your team mates.
