Es fällt vielen von euch immer schwerer die Motivation zu finden, sich außerhalb der Box aktiv zu halten.

Das möchten wir ändern!

Ihr habt uns in den bisherigen Monaten des Lockdowns so super unterstützt, dass wir euch gar nicht genug danken können.

Jeder Einzelne von euch ist unser „HERO“!

Deswegen könnt ihr mit uns zusammen den „YOU ARE OUR HERO JANUARY“ durchführen. Wir hoffen euch damit eine zusätzliche Motivation zu schaffen, um sportlich aktiv zu bleiben und mit einem Ziel in das Jahr 2021 zu starten.

„YOU ARE OUR HERO JANUARY“ Was ist das?

Wir werden für den Januar 31 Hero Workouts veröffentlichen.

Ein CrossFit Hero Workout wurde zu Ehren eines besonderen Menschen erstellt. Beispielsweise gibt es Hero Workouts für gefallene Soldatinnen/ein gefallener Soldaten, Feuerwehrfrauen/ein Feuerwehrmänner oder Polizistinnen/Polizisten, die/der in Ausübung ihrer/seiner Pflicht ums Leben gekommen sind.

Ihr könnt also jeden Tag eines davon durchführen oder sucht euch eure Favoriten aus.

Es ist dabei egal, ob ihr das jeweilige Workout skaliert, in der Variante "intermediate" durchführt oder, wie in der dazugehörigen Anleitung beschrieben (Rx), absolviert.

Was zählt ist, dass ihr es macht! 

Macht so viele Workouts wie ihr wollt und vor allem könnt.

Schafft ihr alle 31?

Für jedes CrossFit Hero Workout gibt es eine "Competition Corner"-Wertung. Die Reihenfolge wird so gestaffelt, dass alle Athleten, die das Workout Rx absolvieren, vor denjenigen platziert sein werden, die es "intermediate" oder "scaled".

Insgesamt wird es 14 Hero Workouts zur Auswahl geben, die ihr ohne zusätzliches Equipment durchführen könnt. 

Zusätzlich gibt es 9 Workouts, für die ihr eine Dumbbell oder Kettlebell benötigt und weitere 8 Workouts, die eine Langhantel erfordern.

Wir werden euch jede Woche sieben Workouts auf unserer Instagram-Seite vorstellen und euch darüber informieren, woher die jeweiligen Hero Workouts ihre Namen haben.

"31 Heroes - CrossFit Kiel"

Dear CrossFitter,

we know it's a tough time. For all of us...

It's getting harder and harder for many of you to find the motivation to stay active outside of the box.

We want to change that!

You have been so super supportive during the lockdown months so far that we can't thank you enough.

Every single one of you is our "HERO"!

That's why you can do the "YOU ARE OUR HERO JANUARY" together with us. We hope to create an additional motivation for you to stay active and to start the year 2021 with a goal.

"YOU ARE OUR HERO JANUARY" What is it?

We will be releasing 31 Hero Workouts for the month of January.

A CrossFit Hero Workout is created in honor of someone special. For example, there are Hero Workouts for fallen servicemen/servicewomen, firefighters, or police officers who died in the line of duty.

So you can do one of these each day or pick your favorites.

It doesn't matter if you scale each workout, do it in the "intermediate" variation, or do it as described in the accompanying instructions (Rx).

What counts is that you do it! 

Do as many workouts as you want and, above all, as many as you can.

Can you do all 31?

For each CrossFit Hero workout, there is a "Competition Corner" ranking. The order will be staggered so that all athletes who complete the workout Rx will be placed ahead of those who "intermediate" or "scaled" it.

In total, there will be 14 Hero Workouts to choose from, which you can do without any additional equipment. 

Additionally, there are 9 workouts that require you to use a dumbbell or kettlebell and another 8 workouts that require a barbell.

We'll be featuring seven workouts each week on our Instagram page and letting you know where each Hero Workout got its name.
