Midwestern Built November Dash
About This Competition
Midwestern Built Fitness is bringing a new concept to the local competition circuit.
The Midwestern Built Dash brings the old school feel of Relay Races to the new school Functional Fitness style of competitions.
Every event is a relay to accomplish the task of the workout!
With a Coed, 2 Male/2 Female, Team of 4, each team will have to strategize at who is the fastest for each "leg" of the race. Teams will have to figure out a way to go out hot, stay hot, and not get caught.
2 events will have 5 Scores. 1 for each leg (4 legs) and 1 for the total time. 2 events have 2 scores and the Final will have 6 scores for a total of 20 scored events. This will hopefully bring lots of lead changes, excitement, and motivation to fight throughout the whole competition.
The Final Relay with 6 Scores up for grabs will give EVERY team a reason to keep fighting!!
Sign ups start on September 2nd @ 10am and end October 27th @ 10pm!

Starting from one endzone each team member will retrieve Objects, 1 by 1 in any order from different yard lines on the field.
100lb Sandbag from 25yd line
53lb KB from 50 yd line
35lb DB from Opposite 25yd line
20lb KB from Opposite Endzone
Time will be when all objects are in the circle at your teams starting line.
3' Time Cap - 1 Score
- Rest from 3:00 - 4:00 -
Take each Object back to their original position (inside their circle) in this order:
Sandbag
Kettlebell
Dumbbell
Wallball
Time will be when the last teammate crosses the starting line after placing the last object (wall ball) back.

*Team members do not have to carry the same object as they did in the first relay*
Distance Relay Race that will involve all team members to decide who takes what leg to bring home a win in every leg of the race including the whole race!

You decide who runs what leg to get the most points out of the race.
Remember there are 5 scores. 1 for each leg and 1 for total time.
