About This Competition
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹
Unlike our usual surprise workouts, the Goat Shed Total is all about preparation and strategy, which is why the workouts are released below.
Here’s what you’ll be facing:
🛶 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝟭: 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗼-𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 (𝟲𝗸𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝘄)
6km row – split as you like!
Score 1: Time for the first 2km
Score 2: Time for the full 6km
This is all about your rowing capacity as a team.
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝟮: 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
0:00-5:00 deadlifts: reps x load
5:00-7:00 rest and reload
7:00-12:00 back squats: reps x load
12:00-14:00 rest and reload
14:00-19:00 strict press: reps x load
This event will have 3 scores, one for each lift. Bar cannot be re-loaded during the interval, once the bar is loaded you are committed to accumulating your reps with that weight between your whole team.

Each athlete completes a whole round
250m Ski Erg
7 Burpee Box Jump Overs 20”
500m Standing C2 Bike
7 Burpee Box Step Overs 24”
Time Cap 11 Minutes
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝟰: 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗻 (16 𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗠𝗥𝗔𝗣)
Perform as many wallballs (6kg/9kg) as possible
* on 0:00 perform 80 Synchro DB Snatch - 2 Athletes
* on 8:00 perform 80 Synchro DB Hang Clean and Jerk - 2 Athletes
No wallballs can be performed until the designated DB movememnts are completed. Only one person may perform wallballs at a time, alternating partner wallballs are not allowed.
