About This Competition
By signing up for the C4K Comp, you are not only challenging yourself and competing at CrossFit Competition; you are also supporting Organización de Amigos. Your participation helps us further our mission of providing free, high-quality CrossFit programs direcly into public schools for 1-6th graders in Washington County, Oregon. Our mission at AMIGOS is to ensure that all students have the opportunity to improve their health and wellness through CrossFit and Weightlifting.
ABOUT C4K COMP
- The C4K Comp is a local CrossFit competition in Wilsonville, Oregon (Host: CrossFit Wilsonville)
- Two-person teams MM and FF. (Ages 18+)
- Four divisions: Masters (45+), RX, Intermediate, and Scaled.

- Early Bird Pricing: $215 (Opens July 1st and ends on July 31s or when the first 40 teams sign up -- whichever comes first)
- Regular Pricing: $255
- Registration Deadline: October 3rd
- T-Shirt Deadline: September 4th
THREE WORKOUTS - ONE FINAL (TOP FOUR TEAMS) - Finals will be weighed the same as all other workouts this year. It’s neither a winner-takes-all system nor a double-weighted one.
Divisions and Movement Standards:
Movement standards do not guarantee that any specific movements will appear in the workout. These standards are intended to support athletes in selecting the most appropriate category to sign up for based on their current abilities, ensuring a safe and appropriately challenging experience for everyone.
RX
Weightlifting:
- Sandbag Squats, Cleans, Carries, or Holds 100/70lb
- Snatches and / or Cleans 135/95lb
- Deadlifts - Conventional or Sumo
- Dumbbell Shoulder To Overheads 70/50lb
- Wall Balls 20/14lb to 10/9ft
Gymnastics:
- Toes-To-Bars
- CTB Pull Ups
- Bar Muscle Ups
- Strict HSPU
INTERMEDIATE/MASTERS:
Weightlifting:
- Sandbag Squats, Cleans, Carries, or Holds 100/70lb
- Snatches and / or Cleans 115/75lb
- Deadlifts - Conventional or Sumo
- Dumbbell Shoulder To Overheads 50/35lb
- Wall Balls 14/10lb to 10/9ft
Gymnastics:
- Toes To Bars
- Pull Ups
- CTB Pull Ups
- Handstand Push Up (Kipping Allowed)
SCALED:
Weightlifting:
- Sandbag Squats, Cleans, Carries, or Holds 70/50lb
- Snatches and / or Cleans 95/65lb
- Deadlifts - Conventional or Sumo
- Dumbbell Shoulder To Overheads 35/20lb
- Wall Balls 12/8lb to 10/9ft
Gymnastics:
- Heels To Hips
- Ring Rows or Jumping Pull Ups
- Pull Ups
- Hand-Release Push Ups
All Divisions
Monostructural:
- Run
- Row
- Echo Bike
- SkiErg
