About This Competition
ATHLETE CHECK INS ARE FROM 7:30AM - 8:00AM, FIRST HEAT OF THE DAY STARTS AT 8:30AM!
Hosted by Feast Fitness, Rumble On Ravenswood is an opportunity for local athletes to come together and showcase their skills and fitness levels in a friendly and supportive environment.
$225 + Tax For Each Team
Teams will consist of 3 athletes of the same gender.
This team competition has four divisions;
-RX Male
-RX Female
-Scaled Male
-Scaled Female.
Official schedule and workouts will be released closer to the competition date.
There will be 3 WODs plus a final WOD for the top 4 teams in each division to compete in.
Registration will include an event t-shirt.
RX Athlete Requirements:
-C2B, T2B, BMU
-HSPU
-Double Unders
-Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
-DB Movements (70/50#)
-Wallballs (30/20#)
-Snatch / OHS (135/95#)
-Power Clean + Jerk (225/155#)
**Final WOD may include any movement from CrossFit quarterfinals movement list
Scaled Athlete Requirements:
-Pull-ups, Knee Raises
-Hand Release Push-Ups
-Single Unders
-DB Movements (50/35#)
-Wallballs (20/14#)
-Snatch / OHS (75/55#)
-Power Clean + Jerk (115/75#)

Workouts
FOR TIME:
- 180 DOUBLE UNDERS (60 UNBROKEN EACH)
- 21 CLEAN AND JERKS 185/125#
- 30 SHSPU
- 15 CLEAN AND JERKS 225/155#
- 15 RMU
- 180 DOUBLE UNDERS (60 UNBROKEN EACH)
In 15 minutes all 3 athletes build to a heavy complex of:
- 1 Power Clean + 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk.
AMRAP 15:
athletes alternating movements...
- 12/9 Calories Echo Bike
- 9 Wallballs 10/9' 30/20#
- 6 Dual DB Box Step-Ups 24/20" 50/35#
- 3 Power Snatches 135/95#
3 rounds of 4-minute intervals
In each interval:
- 1 partner will row for max calories while the other 2 do an AMRAP.
- Each partner must take a turn rowing once.
Interval 1 -
AMRAP 4:
- 5 SYNCHRO WALL WALKS
- 20 Box Jump Overs 24/20"
Interval 2 -
AMRAP 4:
- 10 SYNCHRO Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (70/50#)
Interval 3 -
AMRAP 4:
- 15 SYNCHRO LINE FACING BURPEES
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups
