Partner 1: 600m Run

Partner 2: 400 m Medball Run (14/10)

Partner 3: 200 m Farmer’s Carry (35/20x2)

*Each partner completes each movement once. All partners working at the same time.

Must wait for all implements to return before starting the next one.

Partner 2: 400 m Medball Run (20/14)

Partner 3: 200 m Farmer’s Carry (50/35x2)

Event 1 Non-Barbell: Ready, Set...What??

Part A:

400 m medball run (10/14)

200 m run

400 m run

200 m medball run (10/14)


*One person runs at a time.  Must complete runs in order.   Once run is complete, max cal bike in remaining time (can split work between both teammates).

*Non-working partner on both run and bike must hold a wall ball (cannot touch ground on parts A/B).  


*Score 1: Time to run (Part A)




Event 1 Non-Barbell: Ready, Set...What??

Min 12:00-14:00-Partners complete max wall balls in 2 minutes (can split work up/ball can touch ground in transition)


*One person runs at a time.  Must complete runs in order.   Once run is complete, max cal bike in remaining time (can split work between both teammates).

*Non-working partner on both run and bike must hold a wall ball (cannot touch ground on parts A/B).  


*Score 2: Total reps=Cal on bike+wall balls (Part B+C)

*Partner A picks up where partner B left off once 10 cal is complete.  Partner B starts rowing (this rotation continues until time is called).

*Devil’s Press-Partners have to touch their chest to the ground at the same time and have db locked out overhead at the same time.

*LAST PARTNER TO ROW 3 CAL ON PART ONE GETS OFF AND STARTS DB DEADS/BALL
