Welcome to 2nd Annual Salt City Throwdown!
We are thrilled you want attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, buy tickets, and more! The Format for this competition will be the same as last year, teams of 2... male/male and female/female for both Rx and Scaled Divisions.

Workouts
For Time w/ a 10:00 Time Cap:
With your Partner, split however but must complete in order!
80/60- Cal Ski Erg
400m Double D.B Farmer's Carry (50/35-Rx; 35/20- Scaled)
30- Clean & Jerks (135/95- Rx; 95/65-Scaled)
20 min Amrap:
120- Double Under's (each partner must complete 120 but you may work at the same time)
60- Synchro Wall Balls
20- Synchro Burpee Box Jump Over's (24"/20")
Rx Divisions- 20/14# Wall Ball
Scaled Divisions- 240 Singles; 14/10# Wall Ball; Step Over's
You will have 8:00 total (you and your partner) to find your heaviest complex of the following:
1- Snatch + 1- Hang Snatch + 1- O.H.S
This is a complex so the bar will not be allowed to touch the ground after the first Snatch, you may regrip anywhere if need be as long as the bar stays off the ground. If you hit the snatch but fail the hang snatch, you don't have to set the bar down, just attempt the hang snatch again with the Overhead Squat to follow.
