Workouts

Standard:
- One athlete on the bike. If the bike is flashing, hit start and the calories will continue to count up. DO NOT HIT STOP.
- KB Snatch: Athletes Must start standing with KB at the Hips. Movement ends with knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and KB all in line.
- Wall Over Burpees: Chest and thighs must hit the ground. Athlete may jump or step over the wall.
- Deadlifts: Barbell starts on the ground. Movement ends with knees and hips locked out with shoulder slightly behind the the bar.

Standard:
- Athlete Starts on Bike.
- KB Snatch: Athletes Must start standing with KB at the Hips. Movement ends with knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and KB all in line.

- Hit Block with Sledge hammer. YOU CANNOT hook and drag, you can be penalized seconds for every rep you hook and drag.
- Athletes will complete the medium banger.
- Workout ends when the block reaches the end of the banger.
1,000m Row For Time:
Rower will count down.

Standards:
- Double Unders and Drag Rope Double Unders: Rope must cross under athletes feet 2 times every jump.
- Wall Ball: Athlete must squat below parallel with hip crease below knee crease. Ball must hit above the 9 Ft line for females and above the 10 ft line for men.
- Toes to Bar: Athletes feet must pass the plane of the pull-up bar and both feet must touch the pull-up bar.
- Pull-Up: Strict, kipping, or butterfly pull-ups are permitted. Chin must be above the pull-ups bar.

Standard:
- Each Clean starts from the ground and ends with knees, hips and shoulders in line. Elbows must be in front of the barbell.
- Touch and go cleans are permitted.
- Must jump over each bar.
- Time ends when athletes touches finish mat.

- 1 Athlete per bar. 1 athlete cannot clean 2 different weights in a single round.
- Time ends when LAST ATHLETE touches finish mat. Not all teammates have to finish at the finish mat.

- Athletes must remain in the same order.
- Once team finishes the low banger, Athletes will carry block to the medium banger. Once team finishes medium banger, athletes will carry block to the high banger.

Each athlete will complete 1,000m.
Athletes must switch every 1,000m.
