About This Competition
Year 2 of TriForce's in-house competition held at the WGV location.
4 WODs (to be released over the next month)
4 divisions for men and women: White-Yellow, Orange, Blue-Purple, Brown+ (Level Method)
Perfect for anyone at the gym, whether this is your 1st or 101st competition.
Open to both TriForce Locations ONLY
Registration will go live Sept 6th.

If the workout is complete under the time cap, an additional point is added for every second under the cap. Ex: If an athlete finishes the workout at 7:50, they will receive an extra 10 points on top of their reps.
