About This Competition
Members only 3 person team event. You will be put into a team of 3 mixed ability. Three workouts to be completed. Free to take part but donations are appreciated for the PICU charity we are supporting.
All movements will be scalable as normal classes.

Workouts
For time (Time Cap 10 minutes)
50/40 Calorie Row
50 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
50/40 Calorie Bike Erg
Athletes must run past the finish line after the bike calories
Machines
- Must be set to 0 at the start.
- Athletes can not get off the machine until the correct calories are shown
Wall Balls:
- Two athletes in the team must use the Rx weight wall ball, one athlete can use the scaled weight (14lb men and 10lb ladies)
- Full squat on the Wall Balls! (unless we know you have a mobility issue)
Score will be time taken to complete the workout. If athletes do not complete all the reps within the 10 minutes, their score will be 10 minutes + 1 second for every rep not completed
CrossFit Games 2022 Semi-Final Event 2
Three attempts at a complex of:
3 Cleans
2 Front Squat
1 Jerk
12 minute time cap
- Cleans can be squat, power, or muscle. The cleans must be touch and go.
- Jerk can be any kind of shoulder to overhead: strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk.
- Each athletes heaviest lift will be combined for the total team score.
15 minute AMRAP
12 rope climbs (split as desired)
30 double dumbbell deadlifts (2 person synchro)
24 toes to bar (2 person synchro)
30 double dumbbell front rack lunges (2 person synchro)
24 toes to bar (2 person synchro)
30 alternating dumbbell snatches (2 person synchro)
24 toes to bar (2 person synchro)
12 rope climbs (split as desired)
-Max reps 2 person synchro burpee over dumbbell in remaining time
Team score will be total reps completed at 15 minutes
