クロスフィット博多グループ内で日頃からトレーニングを頑張っている皆様に、年に1度の実戦、ピリピリとした緊張感を味わって頂きたいと考え当大会は復活致しました。
具体的な目標があればそれに向けて精進する事で上達スピードは格段に速くなります。
皆様には当大会をきっかけに一段と上達して頂き、より一層トレーニングを楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
