About This Competition

Fitness Resolute is proud to bring you our

1st Annual Shamrock’d!

With a little luck, this competition is sure to bring out the best in you, and with a pot of gold at the end for every 1st Place team! Whether you’re an elite athlete or just out here to have some fun, you can expect some great wods that will challenge you both physically and mentally. We’ll also have some great vendors on site, raffles, and more!

Registration Schedule:

JAN 15 THRU FEB 15: $150/team*

FEB 16 TO FEB 28: $180/team*

MAR 1 TO MAR 15: $200/team

4 Divisions. 2-Person Teams:

RX (MM/FF)
Intermediate (MM/FF)
Beginner (MM/FF)
Masters Division (40+) (75 COMBINED) (MM/FF)

RX First Place: $500

Intermediate First Place: $250

Beginner First Place: $200

Masters First Place: $250

We'll be sharing movements to look out for soon, and WODS will be released in February.

 

**WODS & WEIGHTS are subject to change!

All Podium Finishers in each division will receive prizes and all athletes will receive a T-shirt

Location: Fitness Resolute, 15320 Whittier Blvd., Whittier, CA 90603

Refunds: No refunds offered but we will happily accept team exchanges up to February 28th, and athlete substitutions up to 2 days prior to event.

T-shirts: To receive a t-shirt, you must be registered by February 28th.

 

LAST DAY TO SIGN UP: 3/15/2022

Parking and team set up: Ample parking is available in neighboring lots (IHOP, Amazon fresh, and Whittwood Mall). We encourage gyms and individuals to set up tents in the area behind the Arco gas station. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Timing: Check-in will begin at 7am. Opening ceremony and WOD demonstration will begin at 7:45am, and first Heat will be at 8am.

Don’t forget: Shade, fan club, and snacks. We will have some great vendors in the house with some great food options!
