Athletes have 8min time for completing 

- Men: 30cal Echo / Women 24cal Bike

- 30x synchro Hang Cluster 40/25kg

- Men: 30cal Bike / Women 24cal Echo

- 30x synchro Bar Facing Burpee over Bar

 

then 1min rest

 

Athletes are responsible for resetting the Bikes 

Hang CLuster:

- begins in a hang position, through a full squat into a full extension overhead position.

- BB stays always above the knee

- point of synchronisation is in the top position 

BFB: 

- performed next each other, facing the same direction on ONE barbell. 

- athletes are allowed to step over the bar

- point of synchronisation is with the chest on the floor, chin below the BB

 

After the 8min Part A athletes goes directly into a

6min amrap of

- 1x Wall Walk & 3m HS Walk 

 

- Athletes have to switch every attempt, the changing area is 4m off the wall

- After the wall walk athletes may walk off the wall for 3m

 

Scoring

WW = 1 Point

WW & HSW = 4 Points

 

 

10min TC for

- 70cal SKI Erg / Partner Holds BB Overhead 40/30kg 

- 70x Wall Ball 9/6kg / Partner Hangs on the RIG

- 70x HSPU any Style / Partner Holds HS against Wall

* If you dont finish in 10min your score is the number of reps you reached in the 10minutes.
* Athletes can switch as they want. Every athlete has to do at least 1 rep per station.

 

Both Athletes start on the starting area.
ON 3-2-1 GO one of the athletes go to the SKI Erg while the second picks up the barbell.
As the barbell is in a overhead position the athlete on the SKI Erg is allowed to start.

After the 70cal on the SKI the athletes switch to the Wall Balls. One athlete hang on the rig, the second is allowed to start with the Wall Balls.

After the 70 WB Shots the athletes switch to the HSPU station. There you have a mat with 100x50cm. As one athlete is in a handstand position the second is allowed to start with the HSPU.

* Both hands must be ON the mat (including fingers) durign the HSPU.

 

Movements

SKI: should be clear

BB Hold: BB has to be in a overhead position and is not allowed to touch the head.

Wall Ball: Wall Balls must be below parallel and hit the target in the top.

Rig Hang: Athlete can hang with one or two hands ut is not allowed to touch the floor or pillars with any body part.

HSPU: Hands must be on the mat. Start is in a HS position, the head touches the mat and in the end position th arms must reach clearly a lockout position. In the end position only the heels may touch the wall.

HS Hold: Athlete must hold the handstand with just the heels touch the wall.
