For our second workout of the day, competitors will preform :


3 x Barbell Front Squat +

3 x Barbell Shoulder To Overhead


Aiming to achieve your maximum weight for both movements unbroken. Once the bar is removed from the rack you must complete all 6 reps at movement standards for your score to be valid.


Score : Combined weight for both athletes.

5 Rounds

90 second efforts (3 Minutes Per Round)


Competitor 1 = MAX Distance Row

Competitor 2 = 12 x Burpee Box Jump

Switch every 90 seconds

Workout 3, called Stairway To Heaven is a 15 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible).
