Workouts
Heavy Chemistry
Teams will have 15 minutes to establish a max barbell lift. Score is the combined total of the heaviest successful lift of each athlete.
Going nowhere
12 min amrap
12/9/6 ski erg cals
50' single db walking lunge steps, 20' out and back.
12/9/6 revolutions hand over hand rope pull on the infinity rope.
Teams will perform this as a partner relay. One athlete working at a time.
Score is total reps.
Rhythm Section
10 minute amrap in which movements will be performed in sync with your partner.
10 synchro alternating db snatch
10 synchro line facing burpees
75 synchro single unders
Score is total reps completed in 10 minutes.
ROWMance
Two concept 2 row ergs placed on slides. Teams will row continuously for 15 minutes for max meters.
Scored is total meters between the two machines.
