Round (1)
Athlete 1- 10 Power Cleans (225/155) & 4 Bar Muscle Ups
*Remaining team members: 200m run while Athlete 1 does work. Once all complete, conditions are set for round 2.
Round (2)
Athlete 2- 10 Power Cleans (225/155) & 8 Bar Muscle Ups
*Remaining team members: 200m run while Athlete 2 does work. Once all complete, conditions are set for round 3.
Round (3)
Athlete 3- 10 Power Cleans (225/155) & 12 Bar Muscle Ups
*Remaining team members: 200m run while Athlete 3 does work. Once all complete, conditions are set for round 4.
Round (4)
Athlete 4- 10 Power Cleans (225/155) & 16 Bar Muscle Ups
*Remaining team members: 200m run while Athlete 4 does work.
Upon completion of round 4, complete 1 final 200m run with the entire team to the finish line.
