WOD 1A & 1B
1A. 7:00 AMRAP
Alternating rounds
1 squat clean
8 burpees over the bar
8 toes to bar
Athletes will increase weight each round on the squat clean
Score is Rounds and reps completed by team
1B. Total of last completed squat clean round of each partner. Athletes must finish a round for the bar to count towards the total
RX - 155/115, two foot take off required
Intermediate - 135/95, knees above parallel, athletes may step over the bar
Teens 14-17 - 115/85, 6 burpees over bar, 6 toes to bar
WOD 2A & 2B
2A. For Time 22:00 time cap

1200m Ski
1200m Row
365m sandbag berm run 100/70
2B. In time remaining
Max wallballs split between partners 30/20
Intermediate & Teens: Distances as written, unweighted Berm run, wall balls 20/14, 18:00 time cap
Machines can be split as desired, both partners will run at the same time, RX teams will be weighted. Once the run is completed by both partners, teams may begin on their wall balls.

9 medball sit-ups 30/20
Score is rounds and reps with a tie break score at the 6:00 mark
RX As written
Intermediate: Wall walks to a scaled target, 95/65, 20/14 med ball
Teens: same as intermediate , can do any form of ground to overhead for barbell
