Lateral burpee over the bar

 

Intermediate weights 30/20

 

2 min rest before Event 2 comences.

 

Both partners will complete the run at the same time,

In any time remaining, get as many round and reps as possible of the up ladder, while alternating rounds.

Establish heaviest 1 rep Thruster

The bar must be taken off the floor.

A squat clean thruster counts as a good rep.

Athlets must complete the lift before the timer ends.

 

Score: combined weight.

Advanced

10 Power snatch 60/40

Intermediate

 

10 min AMRAP

Score: Total rounds and reps.

Flow: Share the reps as desired.

As Fast as possible

 

Advanced

6 rounds of:

10 cal Echo bike

1 rope climb

10 box jump over 30/24

1 rope climb

 

Intermediate

6 rounds of:

7 cal Echo bike

1 rope climb (reduced height)

10 box jump over 24/20

1 rope climb (reduced height)

Advanced

As Fast As possible:

50/40 cal row

20 synchronised bar muscle ups / 50 synchronised chest to bar pull ups

50 Synchronised box step ups 22.5/15 x1

45m handstand walk

 

Intermediate

As Fast As possible:

40/30 cal row

30 synchronised pull ups

50 Synchronised box step ups 15/10 x1

12 Synchronised wall walks

 

Score: Fastest time.

Flow: All Synchronised movements must be performed at the same time.

All other movements can be shared as desired.

In the Advanced division athletes can choose between bar muscle up or Chest to bar pull ups.

Athlets must pick ONE option cna complete all of the reps. If they choose to change the movment they have to restart the counnt from 0.

For example:

Team 1 performed 15 bar muschle ups then decided to perform chest to bar pull ups instead, the bar muscle ups reps will not count and they will start the chest to bar reps from 0.
