An excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to challenge their abilities and to try something new, check out our gym and watch people throwdown!
Every workout will be demonstrated during the morning briefing.
Level: Beginner - Intermediate.
Same sex + Mix pairs competition over 3 events.

During the open day please check out all that ISO:FITNESS has to offer, including both a commercial and functional fitness gym, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a talented barber, sauna and cold plunge and newly installed sunbed. There will not only be supplements available but also tea, coffee and a BBQ. We also have fully fitted male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers. We hope you can all make this an incredible REDBULL sponsored open day here at ISO:FITNESS where you will be greeted by our very friendly and accommodating staff and an incredibly warming friendly community of members who will cheer every single one of you on during any and all events.

ATHLETES WILL PROGRESS THROUGH FIVE BARBELLS OF INCREASING WEIGHT, CHOOSING TO EITHER DEADLIFT, CLEAN AND JERK OR SNATCH. POINTS ARE AWARDED BASED OF THE COMPLEXITY AND DIFFICULTY OF THE LIFT.
