About This Competition

TEAMS OF 3 (RX Male, RX Female, Intermediate Male, Intermediate Female)

Full Refunds will be issued up until July 27th. .

Athlete substitutes are permitted until August 3rd. Please email info@moafitness.com to request the substitution.  

WORKOUT RELEASE WILL BEGIN June 10th

RX athletes should be able to complete the following movements-

  • Hspu
  • Double unders
  • Single db movements (50/35)
  • Toes to bar
  • Burpees 
  • Barbell clean (225/145) (165/115)
  • Thrusters (155/105) 

Intermediate athlets should be able to complete the following movements-

  • Piked push ups 
  • Single unders 
  • Single db movements (35/25)
  • Knee raises 
  • Burpees 
  • Barbell clean (225/145) (165/115)
  • Thrusters (115/80)
