About This Competition
This years Hi-temp games competition will be a 1 day, 2 person team event held on Saturday June 12th. There will be 4 divisions, Rx, scaled, masters and beginners.
Teams are mm/ff
Substitutes are allowed but must be approved BEFORE competition day.
Workouts will be release periodially as we get closer to the event.
Masters team members must be a minimum of 35 years old in the calendar year of 2021. The team however must have ages that add up to 80 or more. So 35 would have to compete with a 45 or older to be a legal team.

5 minutes for each to find a 1rm of complex
1 dead lift (RX/Masters/Scaled)

Beginners
5 minutes for each to find a 3rm of Clean Grip Deadlift
Each athlete will do a full round, alternating, to complete as many reps as possible.

At "3-2-1- go" athlete 1 will move a designated number of objects from one end of the competition floor to the other. Athlete 2 will then move them back to the original starting line.
Athlete 1 will start on the C2 rower. Athlete 2 will advance through the Movement repetitions in this 13 minute amrap.
The score for max reps is the "A" portion.
80 single dumbbell - RX/Masters 50/35 RX must snatch Masters can clean or snatch. Scaled 35/20 snatch or clean
60 Sit ups Rx/Masters GHD (both hands must touch the floor and the foot pads) Scaled Medball/abmat situps (20/14)
40 Burpees RX/Masters - over the barbell Scaled- to a 45 pound plate
20 Deadlifts RX- 255/165 Masters 185/125 Scaled 135/95
This is the 2nd scored portion of 13a (The max row meters)
At '"3-2-1-go" Athlete 1 will pick up the deadlift bar(using a clean/overhand grip) When athlete one comes to full extension, althete 2 can begin rowing on the C2 rower. The althletes can swap at any time, but the rower can only advance when the bar is at the top of the deadlift.
The workout is over when the rower advances to 2000 meters.
Each team will blind draw their starting grid. On "3-2-1 go" work will start. Each team will work for 2 minutes completing as many reps as possible. One team member will work at a time and they team members can swap out at any time. There will be a 30 second break between each grip for teams to advance to the next grid/movement.

Grid 2 - Rx/Masters Rope climbs RX - 15' Masters 12' *each rope is 3 points

Rx- 24/20 (must jump) Do not have to open hips on box
Masters/scaled - 24/20 Stepping allowed must open hips and both feet must touch to of box

Grid 4 - Bench press for reps
