FUNDRAISER TO SEND SOPHIE PRATER TO THE 2025 TEEN CROSSFIT GAMES
RIP Training is excited to host their first competition, The RIP Rampage!
Get ready for a same sex pairs comp that's going to pack in plenty of fitness and fun to keep you motivated and training through winter.
We are hosting this comp to help raise funds for one of coaches and teen athlete Sophie Prater who has qualified to compete at the teen games in Ohio this year!

Tie-Breaker is max reps single arm clean and jerk at your last succesful weight.

9 Bar muscle up

50 Front squats – Partner holds KB in Goblet position
50 Reverse Goblet lunges – Partner holds bar in front rack
50 Hang Power cleans – partner holds KB overhead single arm
