Workouts

For time

Complete 100 thrusters 40/30 (Scaled = 30/20)

EMOM, including 0, 8 synchro bar facing burpees (Scaled = 6)

 

Event standards

 - Your score is your time to complete 100 thrusters

 - Thrusters, your squat must go below parrallel and your press must be at full lock out before beginning the decent.

 - Synchro burpees is your chest to the ground, no need to jump or land together.

 - Must complete the thruster before the buzzer, must start the burpees after the buzzer.

Final 2 - No Skill Just Grind

1min max cal assault bike

1min max sandbag squat

 

Your score is your total reps.

 

Open MM = 65kgs

Open FF = 45kgs

Open MF = 65/45kgs

Scaled MM = 45kgs

Scaled FF = 30kgs

Scaled MF = 45/30kgs

3 rounds - 3 mins on 1 min off

21 wall balls 9/6 (Scaled = 6/4)

18 box jumps overs OR step overs 24/20

15 synchro KB swings 24/16 (Scaled = 16/12)

Max synchro DB snatches 22.5/15 (Scaled = 15/10)

Event Standards

Your score is how many DB snatches you get in the remaining time
Walls balls are not synchro, split as needed
Box Jump overs are 1 for 1, you go over then I go over, you can jump clear over, jump on the box or step over.
KB swings must be synchro at the top, with arms extended and bottom of KB facing above the horizon
DB snatches in remaining time must be synchro, synchro point is above head in full extension, 1 head db must hit the ground

6mins to build to a heavy complex:

1 x power clean

1 x hang power clean

1 x front squat

1 x push jerk

 

Event standards

Your score is your Max combined weight of your heaviest lift
 - Power clean must start from the floor, must not squat below parallel, must stand to full extension before starting the next rep
 - Hang Power Clean must start with barbell at full extension and not go below the knee, must not squat below parallel, must stand to full extension before starting the next rep
 - Front squat starts at full extension with barbell in the front rack position, hip crease must go below knee crease, must stand to full extension before starting the next rep
 - Push jerk starts with barbell touching shoulders in the front rack, rep is complete when barbell is overhead with elbows and hips fully locked out
 - Barbell must not hit the floor or it is a no rep, can re-grip as many times as needed

To be done at the same time as Event 2a

Accumulate as many calories as possible on the rower.

Event standards

One team member works on the rower while the other is completing the lift, you can swap as many times as needed, both athletes must complete a minimum of one lift.

AMRAP

100 air squats to target

50 toes to bar (scaled = knee raises)

25 burpee pull-ups (Scaled = jumping or banded pull-ups)

Max bar muscle ups (Scaled = pull ups)

Event standards

 - Your score is your total amount of reps in the 9mins.
 - One partner MUST be holding a wall hold for reps to count
 - No reps are synchro
 - Air squats must be below parallel and must finish touching a pull up bar with both hands
 - Toes to bar, feet must pass past the rig then rep in complete once both toes touch the bar between the athletes hands.
 - Burpee pull ups, heigh of rig must be taller than the hands of the tallest athlete on the team. Chest to the ground, rep is complete once chin is over the bar.
 - Bar muscle ups must start at full extension, feet cannot go above rig height, athlete must pass through a press.
